What the video says

1. Shortcuts put one system at the center of the conversation: the CRM, the help desk, the memory or the internet.
2. Press the button and the list of connected systems appears. Pick one, or type the shortcut at the start: slash odoo, slash itop, slash espocrm.
3. With a shortcut JMAX uses only that system's tools and tells you where the data comes from. The administrator decides which shortcuts appear.
