What the video says

1. Skills are cards that describe what a role knows how to do, how, and within which limits. JMAX ships with one hundred and forty-seven of them.
2. You can review them, edit them and assign them to agents. If an agent isn't doing something the way it should, fix the skill and every agent that has it improves.
3. With Teaching Mode, JMAX records how you do a task and turns it into a new, editable skill.
