What the video says

1. The metrics button opens the panel for the current conversation.
2. Three measures: positive and negative stars, the agent's spending against its cap, and the effectiveness of its scheduled tasks: how many went well out of all the runs.
3. With this you know whether the agent is worth it and what it costs, without adding anything up by hand.
