Tutorial 22 · Technical data sheet and requirements

What the video says

  1. JMAX has three parts on your computer and a model server on your network. The window is a Windows application built with Tauri and WebView2. The engine is a Python service that listens only on the computer itself, on port eight seven six five. Data goes into encrypted databases.
  2. Computer requirements: Windows ten or eleven, sixty-four bit, eight gigabytes of RAM, sixteen recommended, six gigabytes free and a standard user account, no administrator. Microphone and speaker if you want to talk to JMAX: recognition and voice run on the computer itself.
  3. Operating systems: the user works on Windows ten or eleven; the model server is a DGX Spark with Linux and Ollama, or any machine running Ollama. The company's databases, CRM and email stay where they are. And users keep the messaging they already have: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Discord.
  4. It's built in Python for the engine, JavaScript for the interface, Rust for the window and Node for the messaging bridges: about sixty-four thousand lines of our own code. It uses FastAPI, the MCP protocol for connectors and the OpenAI-compatible API towards the models. It follows ISO twenty-five thousand ten, IEEE ten sixteen and the GDPR.
  5. The brains run on your network, on the DGX Spark with Ollama: a big one, Qwen three point five; a fast one, Qwen three point eight; and a vision one, Gemma three. Inside the application go the Spanish embeddings, the voice and the video analysis. The cloud is only a backup, behind the data firewall.
  6. On the network, JMAX opens no ports to the outside and accepts no connections. It talks to the model server over the local network, to the company's databases and CRM, and to the internet only for the connectors and providers the administrator turns on. It sends usage data to no one.
  7. Everything stays in the computer's data folder, encrypted with AES two fifty-six. The firewall decides what goes out to each provider, there is retention and the right to be forgotten, and one licence per computer tied to its MAC address, with no per-user or per-message fee. Every release passes more than six hundred tests and SonarQube in green.
  8. JMAX is delivered pre-installed and running, exactly as it runs today: engine, tools, the one hundred and forty-seven roles, voice, connectors, the WhatsApp bridge and the model server with its three brains. The customer provides the computer, the network and their credentials. On day one you're already chatting, uploading documents and hiring agents.
