What the video says

1. Some things are not solved by talking: twenty thousand rows, a format conversion, a calculation repeated a thousand times.
2. Describe the result, not the program: from this file of twenty thousand rows, give me the total per client.
3. JMAX writes a small program, runs it and gives you the result. You do not have to know how to code: you have to know what you want.
4. If you want to see it, ask: show me the code you used. And if the result does not add up, tell it what you expected and it fixes it.
