What the video says

1. Some procedures are in no manual: one person in your office knows how to do them and that is that. This is so JMAX can learn them.
2. Open Teaching Mode and press Record. From then on JMAX watches the screen while you work; it touches nothing, it only learns.
3. Do the task the way you always do it, slowly and without skipping steps. When you finish, press Stop.
4. JMAX writes down what it understood, step by step. Read it and correct it where needed: it is text, it can be edited. The first time it almost always needs a touch-up.
5. Add the limits: what it must never do when repeating this. That is what protects you most, and that is why it is compulsory.
6. Press Save. The skill goes into the bank and can now be assigned to an agent so that it repeats it.
