Tutorial 65 · Flow runner: working in rounds until it comes out

What the video says

1. Some tasks do not come out in one go: you have to look at how it turned out, correct it and try again. JMAX works like that when the job calls for it.
2. Describe the goal and how you know it is done: until the forty invoices are in the spreadsheet. That is the bar it sets itself.
3. The Detail panel shows every round: what it looked at, what it decided and what it did. It is not a black box.
4. If it gets stuck, it tries another way on its own. You will see it in the panel, with the name of the failure and how it got out.
5. It stops as soon as it meets what you asked for, or when it runs out of budget for attempts. Either way it tells you why it stopped.
