Tutorial 58 · CRM: your client book from the chat
What the video says
- Open Connectors and look for your CRM. Press Configure to give it the address and the access key.
- Type your CRM's address and the key. It is stored encrypted on your computer and it does not travel anywhere.
- Press Test to see that it answers, then Save. The connector reconnects on its own, without restarting JMAX.
- In the chat, press the shortcuts button and pick the CRM. That way the whole conversation centres on it and JMAX knows where to look.
- With the shortcut on, ask as you normally would: find Ana Gomez, what orders does she have open, note that she called today.
